How long will it take to receive my order?
Your orders can arrive within 7 business days, however we cannot promise. We are in the
infancy stages from the ground up. We will do our best to ship as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
We don't ship internationally yet, only to Canada and the US. We are however working with our
international partner. Please contact us through our email address.
Can I track my order?
What happens if my order is delayed?
Please send us a message to our website and we will look into why you have not received it yet.
Do you offer expedited shipping? At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.
2. Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Our factory has strict product guidelines for the production and packing. Our product goes through two stages of inspection. If one of our products is defective or damaged we will be happy to replace it upon proof of purchase and returned to our head office, paid by our company within 10 days of purchase.
Due to hygiene and safety we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on this product KIT once it has been opened or used. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you understand our commitment to maintaining the highest standards for all our customers. We would never resell a used product.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit cards like Visa and Mastercard or PayPal
Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes, you will be charged the Ontario sales tax of 13%
Do you have discount codes?
Please contact our office for ordering more than 5 kits. From time to time you may see discounts offered.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?
You do not need an account however we would love it if you can subscribe to our website for emails about new products we will be adding to our website store.
How do I create an account?
An account can be made on our website prior to purchase by completing the online information
How can I update my account information?
You may change your contact information by logging into your account and updating your information.
How do I track my order?
Depending on the delivery service you may receive an email to update you about tracking your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
You may cancel your order once it has been placed within 24 hours If 24 hours have passed from the time you placed your order you may return the product unopened for a refund. Please contact our offices by email and we will send you return label information.
What should I do if I forgot my password?
We will send you an email at the “forgot my password” online prompt with instructions.
5. Products and Inventory
Are the products you sell in stock?
As this is a new business, we begin with a small stock of product “Kits”. The products arrive at our warehouse from the factory and we ship from our warehouse. We hope to keep up with the orders and will make every effort.
